How registration works
Register online
Five minutes, one form. Athlete details, school, and guardian contact.
Get placed
A coordinator emails within two business days with your team, field, and practice night.
First snap
Show up with cleats and a water bottle. Flags, belts, and jersey are provided.
High School season
The Gulf Coast Girls Flag Football League is a high school-only league. We build teams from public, private, and homeschool athletes in grades 9–12.

Women’s flag football is now one of the fastest-growing collegiate sports. The NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA have all added championship opportunities, creating a genuine pathway from high school clubs to college rosters.
